Looking into the winter months for a source of food for our deer.
This product gave me such a variety of seeds it was just too tempting to give it a try. The price was certainly reasonable compared to other fall plot varieties. Once planted the product certainly has started its growth extremely well. Only time will tell me if this mixture can provide food for our deer and others through the harsh winter conditions which is what I am seeking. The females that are now expecting struggle during this period so a boost of a good meal means much to them.

planted in late August on 1 acre food plot after mowing the plot and spreading the seed I dragged the plot and as luck would have it since then we've had weekly rain after 1 week the seed was already coming up and has been growing fine since then
