Wonderful roast that is smooth and not acidic which we love. 5lbs month is almost perfect and now that they have changed to every 4 weeks vs. once month should help make sure we don't run out. ☕

This coffee is very smooth with no aftertaste. Smells great while brewing. For being a ‘medium dark’ roast, it is not over-powering or has any hint of bitterness. I’ve just ordered a couple of bags of the breakfast blend which is called a ‘medium’ roast.

What a great brew! The only thing I put in a 12-oz cup of it is exactly one tablespoon of pasturized honey to draw out the deep flavor and round out the texture. And I prefer to shop local, so that's why I keep it right here in the Midwest with Eli and Jen! ITM! Also: I love having a five-pound bag laying around so I don't feel tempted to conserve my supply. And just one more thing (in the blessed memory of Peter Falk): if some of the coffee ends up sitting in the cup till later... it still tastes GREAT at room temperature! It is the only coffee I can say that about. Thanks Eli! And Jen!
