What a nightmare! After numerous attempts to get the BT re-connected to my iPhone, and after calling Customer Service for official guidance on troubleshooting the issue…no joy!!! Ask for a return as I am not happy to have a brand new device repaired when is not even a day out of thr box!!! This will be updated! A bit too much to learned in one sitdown… but easy to digest ones you figured out what you need and like! A must!!!!
