Deep Sleep Powder

This is by far my favourite product from the sleep range. I have mine in hot water but cold water or other drink or meal would work as well. Pleasant taste and it helps create a consistent sleep.

I forgot to take the sleep powder for a couple of nights and did not have as restful sleep. Back on the Deep sleep powder and having better more restful sleeps

Bedtime Ritual

The powder is a lovely berry taste and an alternative to chocolate flavoured drinks for a change. It is a little on the sweet side which I enjoy. It’s nice to have as a wind down before bedtime. I used the sachets when hiking the Larapinta Trail to help me get a good restful sleep and bring me a little comfort and a sense of luxury whilst roughing it in a swag for 2 weeks.
