Best customer service and perfect quality

The initial package was lost by the delivery company (or taken from my doorstep) and the support has been incredibly friendly and helpful in finding a solution. A second package was sent and arrived very shortly after. The cape is marvellous, vibrant colours and of high quality wool. It feels great and is extremely versatile. Definitely would buy again!
