Order Protection

Not happy :( Bought a key pad for my AmSec safe because the key pad stopped working. Was so happy with the first key pad that I ordered a second key pad as a back up for my other AmSec safe (as a just incase). Second key pad arrived and IT DID NOT WORK. Well here is where it gets dicey, submitted an email to report my problem with SAFE&VAULT and I guess they had AmSec contact me directly to trouble shoot the issue. Guess what?! Nothing resolved, except that, in FACT, I caused a malfunction or "SHORT" of that second key pad because my safe is an older model. Keep in mind my AmSec safe with the first key pad (only key pad not the lock) replacement is functioning as it should with no issues to report. I purchased my AmSec safes weeks apart, one is just as old as the other so there should have been no cause for malfunction of the second key pad. FYI I tried the first key pad (without replacing the lock) on both AmSec safes and it works but the second key pad (without replacing locks) dose not work on either AmSec safe. I also tried working both new locks with both new key pads and the first key pad works with both new locks and the second key pad works with none of the locks. This is where I worn the consumer, it is not made clear by SAFE&VAULT or AmSec that when you purchase a key pad make sure to change out the key pad with the included lock mechanism to avoid my issues. Now I am stuck with a "DEAD" malfunctioned key pad and a $200. 00 dollar loss on my end. Thank you SAFE&VAULT and AmSec for such clear instructions when purchasing items from you. . . I am being SARCASTIC!!! I believe I was sold a "LEMON" and definitely do not fell like a valued customer.

We just got our safe a month ago and our house was burglarized recently. They were not able to get into the safe. Thrilled that we had it!
