Good gone bad

I had the wingman - a trusted companion in all my work. Worked flawlessly, but I lost it. Bought the skeletool to only use the neccessary tools i need. But alas… The pliers stick and dont move freely, even after oiling. The grip hurts when applying a lot of force because of the design. The pliers themselves are small and feel a bit cheap. The knife is fine as usual. What happened leatherman?

Excellent tool. Light, simple and comfortable through sturdy and strong. I needed a multitool than I can wear every day without discomfort. All you need is a quality knife, a plier with ability to cut and a screwdriver with a good quality bit. Anything more is unnecessary and adds mass and discomfort. My only concern is losing the screwdriver bit, since it is possible to pull out without unlocking the retainer.

I've had it for two weeks or so. The knife is good. The plyer works. I'm optimistic, but considering the Wave I bought a few years ago which was terrible quality I don't know who produced the steel but it was terrible, let's see. I'm a cattle farmer so it's going to be used a lot. By the way, you should market the skeletool to cowboys. It's exactly what we need which is why I got it. All I need is a good knife, a pliers which can cut barbed wire and a screwdriver. Brilliant little thing I love it
