After 25 years

My first Leatherman I bought on a mission in Kosovo 25 years ago. It was the Blast model. I am in the army and since then it has been my everyday helper. And now I decided to buy a new one to modernize my collection a bit. Of course, my original Blast has a special place.

Honestly, the Leatherman Wave+ is an absolute lifesaver, and after using it for a while, I completely get why everyone recommends it. Having the main blades accessible on the outside with just one hand is super convenient when you're in the middle of fixing something, and the updated replaceable wire cutters give you real peace of mind. It's definitely on the heavier side—you'll feel that half-pound chunk dragging down your pocket if you don't use the belt sheath—and the scissors are pretty weak, but overall, it's a super sturdy workhorse that handles almost everything you throw at it.

Handy and reliable

A solid, well-built multi-tool with a useful selection of tools. I’ve only used it a few times so far, but it has already come in handy and helped me out of a few tricky situations.
