I love this protein powder! I use it to make protein spinach muffins and just as a shake for a quick protein boost. It's the best I have ever used. It blends smoothly, unlike a lot of other protein powders and has a great taste.

Gingerbread is my favorite all time flavor. It mixes so well with chai tea. It is tasty and delivers and is excellent over ice like a chair latte. It does not mix smoothly but it's delicious.

It's a good product. Thank you for getting it to me quickly as well. I need to know about stopping autoship or if I am even on it. I can't do August as I will be traveling throughout. I do like the vanilla too but want to try cookie butter next time. Please remove auto ship for now and I will resume later because it's great
