Amazing

Honestly didn’t think it would work as well as it does. The alarm feature especially has been a game changer for me and I’m able to wake on time regularly in a better mood for the first time in my life!

Pleasant, but not a game-changer

I hoped this Hatch would make me a morning person. It hasn’t. The alarm goes off, and I still hit snooze multiple times until I finally NEED to get up. Yes, it’s nice to be stirred by a gentle sound and some light that momentarily wakes me, but it hasn’t been enough to prevent me from going back to sleep. Also, for a very expensive piece alarm clock, I was really surprised at how few included sounds there were. You really need a monthly subscription with Hatch+ to unlock more. I had hoped I’d have at least two dozen sounds but I don’t think there even is that many.

Loving it!

I'm really enjoying my Hatch. I haven't explored all the different offerings. It's very overwhelming with so many choices. It's helped me to develop a wind down routine that I can stick to more often. I noticed that I don't engage with my phone as much immediately upon waking because my alarm isn't tied to it anymore. I wish we could snooze the light and not just the sound, but I think I know the reason for that which makes sense. I also love the quick customer service. The time on my original Hatch wasn't displaying when I tapped the side, so they sent me a replacement. My replacement had the same problem, but it wasn't worth trying to get that remedied. There's no fix for it, so it must be a common defect or glitch in the product because my daughter's Hatch has the same issue. In any case, I'm still very happy with it.
