Handles for crossover fire box

I gave two stars. They were great on replacing the ones that were broke, but the ones I replaced just broke and I barely used it. I don’t know if there’s a manufacturing default in the handles. The representative was very nice very courteous and took care of business professionally I have no problems with the company just with the product.
