Solid Performer!
I used Thiol Libre to create a hazy New England style pale ale, and the yeast delivered big tropical, citrusy juice flavours and aromas with the only kettle hops being Cascade and Perle. The haze was stable and there were no detectable phenols. This is an easy-to-use yeast does what’s advertised. Rod S.
