I've had the lock for a few weeks and I am very happy with it. It is super solid and easy to use. I no longer worry about my bike when parked to go grocery shopping, which was one of the last errands I still routinely did by car. The only very minor complaint I have is the hole on the key. Its shaped like a curve, which means its awkward to put on a keyring that isnt a thin-gauge ring. I use a slightly chunkier carabiner keyring that works best with plain circular holes.
