Thump

Let’s start with delivery…a little on the longer side. Item arrived damaged. Two nice dents on the screen protecting the speakers. Now onto customer service. CS is a joke. I was told to ship it back, they’ll look at it and they’ll decide what they want to do. I’m not doing that. I’ll throw it in my shop and let my guys use it. CSR’s name was Jose. They did not help with anything. Onto the product itself. The sound is okay. The volume kind of low, bass sounds good. The battery life is horrible. I used the recommended charging system and it takes over 5 hours to charge for 2 hours of play time. The quality of the materials is…confusing. I do not understand the painted metal body with a plastic handle. I can bet within 2 weeks of using it outside, the discoloration will be noticeable. All in all, I bought this on sale…$100! And I still feel like I over paid for it. I’m glad I wasted money on it while on sale and didn’t pay MSRP. Don’t waste your money on this.

Battery life is great, but volume distorts at higher levels. At 75% volume I get 14 hours on a full charge. Bass isn't as good as I had hoped. At about 60% volume the music is clear and crisp. I use it mostly outdoors and listen to hip hop and reggaeton. I would not have paid full price for this, but being on sale, it's a pretty good deal. Wish the battery level indicator was more accurate. It shows 2/4 lights when there's still 80% battery left and then only 10% battery with only 1/4 lights. Carry strap is a great feature

These are the breaks!

I love all my 6 bumpboxx products. Sound and quality is superb. I love party mode. I’ve had 2 of my boxxs repaired and overall I couldn’t be more satisfied. It’s nostalgic when you can bring back the 80’s radio style and groove. Delivery is quick. Any time I reach out to customer service, they are responsive, helpful and reliable in making sure my needs are met. Forever a customer.
