Overall a solid product. I like that when you have this cover on, it acts as a cap and seals but then when you need to use, it flows at a great rate!
Only one downfall, the o-ring in the cap doesn’t seem to stay in place so each time you take the ripper cap off to fill the jug, you got to be sure to keep an sys out for the o-ring on the ground!

Had a little issue with some of the plastics holding up. Called tuff jug, they made it right and then some. Giving them a second chance. They did more than what they had to do to make it right and take care of me as a customer.

First and foremost, the best improvement would be to actually pack it and send it to me. This is the second order in a row that has had an item missing. I only ordered 4 items, yet only received three of them - and guess which one was missing. Ding Ding Ding, you guessed correctly - the 2.5 Gal Ripper Cap. I made a claim because I purchased the Shipping Insurance. They responded with not their problem because it was a "fulfillment" issue. Which then begs the question, how hard is it to put 4 items into a bag, seal it and send it. Apparently beyond Quality Controls ability to insure orders are correct - considering this has now happened to me twice. I wrote an email to Customer Service - because everytime you call amazingly all Representatives are busy with other Customers - which I can believe because I'd like to talk to them to about incorrect orders. The answering machine tells you to contact them by email or the website. Which I did a couple days ago and still no response as to how or when they are going to fix the problem. Bottom Line: I've had 3 orders with Tuff Jugg, 2 incomplete, so I guess they get it right about 33% of the time, Customer Service is slow to non-existent, and lets state the obvious - lack of Quality Control in the Fulfillment Center because personnel are unable to read a packing list.
