I have been using A1 for just over a month now,I got it to help a friend of mine relax around me and help our bond as we were going through some tough times. I find our bond to be closer, her and I are definitely stronger friends than we were. It wasnt overnight that thus happened, it took at least a week or so of me seeing her a few times week with this on till I start noticing the change. I will definitely get another one when this is close to empty.
