In the past I would use the bulky overnight pads because I have a heavy flow, and I hated that bulky, sweaty feeling. I was really surprised because the Saalt period briefs liner is super thin, but it held everything with zero leaking. It honestly just feels like wearing regular panties, and the stretchy material is great when you are bloating. They are also super easy to wash and hold their shape in the washer, without the liner getting bent and weirdly shaped like other brands I have tried. These are a breathable fabric and I am pleased that I can move around freely without having to worry about my pad showing or bleeding through!

Sometimes I forget I'm even on my period when I'm wearing them. They fit well, they do not leak, and they do not feel bulky. I have noticed that I am more comfortable wearing these briefs than I am wearing a pad or a tampon. They are perfect to wear throughout your cycle, whether it is light, moderate, or a heavy flow.

My only complaint about the period underwear, is that the crotch isn’t wide enough.
It lasted me the whole day, so it’s definitely leak proof, but it started leaking through the sides by the end of the day.
