I have been on the hunt for the perfect loft, firmness and cooling feature and finally found it in this pillow by Buffy. I feel as if I’m sleeping on a luxurious hotel pillow.

Shipping on this was a bit rough. After I finally received the cooling cloud pillow I'm happy with it but for the price point it could be better. The pillow slides out of every pillow cover I have so that's a bit frustrating. I haven't felt a noticeable difference from other pillows of similar quality. But I do like it. I think this purchase is really indicative of personal preference which makes it more difficult to review.

The company they ship threw was first delayed and then said they tried to deliver multiple times and they never tried to deliver it. Then they sent my package back to the company. The company has no customer service to call it is all by email.
