Good product

I like this product. I wouldn't say it immediately takes away bloating (granted, I take it at night before bed), BUT it doesn't make me bloat. Other probiotics I've taken in the past do that, so for now, I'll continue taking this.

Noticing differences

I just started taking these about 3 weeks ago and can already tell they are making a difference with my health in the best way! One of the more noticeable changes is I’m way less bloated after eating meals than before. I also feel like it has regulated my bathroom schedule, where before I felt like I was constantly going to the bathroom. I can’t say I’ve noticed a huge difference in my mood, although I’ve been pretty happy ever since taking these! So maybe that’s saying something :) I would definitely recommend this to anyone & will be purchasing again when I run out!
