Crossover™ Derby

It was darker than the pair I purchase 2 years ago, almost plain brown instead of the lovely color of my previous pair. The cuts of the leather pieces stitched together were completely different. And the laces were different. The elegance and magic of my previous pair was lost. I don’t feel proud and excited to wear them, and have not. I am in canada and so in addition to a 30% exchange rate I had to pay an additional $160 duty upon receipt. I did not mind with my first pair but feel sick about this purchase.

while the shoe is a quality product, my dissatisfaction with customer service is enough to warrant removing Wolf and Shepherd as a provider and use other reputable providers better at client satisfaction... Cole Haan, Johnston and Murphy, or even providers of More Exotics (Mezlan and Vinci come to mind) all far exceed the responsiveness and commitment to immediate resolution of client satisfaction!

Love to have another pair

I love the way the look and feel. Definitely worth the money. My question is when are you going to start producing these again? I’ve left the information needed on “notify me when available “ several times and no response.
