These juices and smoothies taste so good!! I lost maybe a pound over the week but mostly just felt less puffy and bloated. My skin looked great. The smoothies are seriously delicious and decadent (the tangerine creamsicle and the vanilla cashew are like an amazing dessert, truly). Even the flavors that weren't my favorite (cookies and cream and peanut butter one) were still very good. The green juices were all good. Everything kept me feeling full and satisfied.

Such a great cleanse to re-set your diet. I felt so energized and great by day 3 and ordered another 3 days to make it an 8 day cleanse. I highly recommend!
