I had the discovery set with this and I was obsessed, finally got a bigger version and I use it every day. I love the petrichor undertones and the combination of everything. as usual, Heretic doesn't disappoint!

BLACK SALT, A MUST HAVE!
Black Salt is exactly the kind of fragrance that made me interested in Heretic in the first place. It’s dark, unusual, and atmospheric without smelling like anything else I already own. There’s something mysterious about it that’s hard to describe—it has this salty, mineral quality with a darker edge that keeps pulling me back in for another smell. It feels moody and a little strange in the best possible way. After trying the Discovery Set and falling in love with Smudge and Nosferatu, Black Salt fits perfectly with the side of Heretic that I enjoy most. If you gravitate toward darker, unconventional fragrances with a lot of character, Black Salt is absolutely worth trying.

Aquatic, but not like you think.
This one is completely different on dry down on skin vs paper. At first spray I get an almost salty lime. Think margaritas. Once it drys down on the skin, the seaweed & petrichor mixed with the floral and labdanum create a salty sea musk. It's what I think a mermaid would smell like.
