13 business days since you received my return and no refund yet.
Poor communication and return process. This should be streamlined and improved, this is a lot of money to withhold from people when initiating a refund.

Not worth it
Sleep quality barely improved and wasn't worth the money
I woke up more often with the 8sleep then without it. A simple fan seems to solve the problem better

I think the product is a good idea, unfortunately it does not fit the standard European/German size, so I have to send it back. Would be wise too make it more flexible even if the size doesnt fit perfectly that you can still pratical use it and to make the customer support chat more aware that you cant make it fit. Secondly, it is way too noisy and while it cools the bed the fan heats the air around you which is uncomfortable. Also the light is annyoing as you cant turn it off or I havent found it.
