While it ultimately did not work out for me, I appreciated the responsive customer service and ease of the return process. Always anxious when buying off IG, but for this brand will definitely keep my eye out for another product to purchase from them.

I purchased the beanies for my son and for some odd reason the black hat was a lot smaller than the white. I am not sure it looks like we received a defective black cap. So, we were very upset about the difference in the size.
