This is delicious. The cooking time on the package I found to be to little. I had to cook them for almost an hour otherwise the lentils were crunchy inside.

The cooking directions were spot on. One diced 🍅 , olive oil and my favorite seasoning. I added cooked chicken and water in a big pot. delicious, healthy meal 😋. I still have half a bag left and two full bags. I'll be thinking up different recipes 🤔 for these delicious lentils. Thank you for these wonderful mixes.
