Now that I have a gasket,which was missing from my cap,the jug works without leaks and as advertised.
Much easier filling things up with this product.
I should order a spare just in case.

I keep a couple of these seals on hand, without them....your going to leak everything and make a mess, so they are just in case!

I verytune I removed the cap on my 3 tuff jugs the o ring came out. Fell inside jug half the time. Prompt response to send new O rings!
The issue turned was the jugs at the top rim had a plastic whitish embedded or adhesive. It was catching the o rings. Once I scraped it off the jugs worked fine with original and new O rings.
