All the caps are much too easy to “overtighten” which causes the large o ring to be dislodged and fall into the tank. I would like to see a redesign so that the cap can be fastened tightly without issue.
Also, a threaded nub on the can to store the flex spout cap would be nice and maybe a top facing carry handle on the jugs to make lifting off of and placing on the ground more comfortable.
Otherwise, I love the function of the jugs!

Ordered (2) 5 gallon & (1) 1.5 gallon Tuff Jug, which came with a promo for a free battery pump. When the package came in, we noticed that a washer was missing from one of the caps. I immediately reached out to Tuff Jug customer service to report and the process was smooth and easy. We received our new cap. I would purchase from Tuff Jug again.
