Spine Bookcase

I wish I could give this product zero stars, but unfortunately, that’s not an option. I ordered this shelf and had an absolutely terrible experience. First, it took three months for my order to arrive. After waiting all that time, the package arrived completely smashed and damaged. Several parts were missing, others had dents or peeling paint, and there were no assembly instructions included. After waiting three months, I ended up with a damaged, incomplete, and completely unusable product. And now, I have to deal with customer service, which isn’t responding. The product quality, delivery experience, and lack of customer support are absolutely unacceptable. Save your time and money. I strongly recommend avoiding this product!
