Helios Sconce

Company didn't live up to expectations

Sconce could be beautiful, but it has a defect and nobody responded to multiple emails to customer support. I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I do love the look of the lamp and the overall style. Unfortunately, the shade part of it has a blemish in terms of the perforations on one side and reads as a slightly darker patch. I think this is a quality control issue since I was not buying a second, but it is disappointing. I have another lamp of yours and there are absolutely no issues with it and both are great great stylistically.

Stunning

Absolutely stunning. What else can I say! We have not installed the sconces yet - but the quality, look, and feel is far above my expectations. I did not want to write this, but I honestly can not believe there is access to this level of design in NY. Truly, thank you for your work and staying available to everyone!
