I really hate to leave a negative review as a fellow small business owner however the customer service has been really bad. I received the product faulty - the sprayer does not work so I am unable to use the product. I got in touch, sent videos as requested, got told a replacement has been sent but with no tracking this was now roughly 2 weeks ago. I have not received the replacement, followed up multiple times and have not had a response, and now have a product I cannot use because it does not spray. Really just want to be able to use it!
