Got it to help get my kids into fitness got the 4lb ball it’s light but good for my kids they are young works well and provides different ways of training for them without over doing it with weight

Our new color-coded med balls were a big hit with our members. They seem to be very well constructed and were a great value for the money. I haven't seen how they stand up to the test of time and use but for now they're great!
