I picked the best 'worst' day to wear this.
Love this jacket. I first wore it during a 20 mile run the day of a Nor'easter, and lemme tell ya... there was literally nothing I could've worn (short of an industrial sized trash bag) that would've kept me dry that day. Ultimately, this is better for misty, windy, and lightly rainy conditions. That said, I was comfortable wearing this, it fit my form excellently, and it's a thoughtfully engineered product well worth the cost.

Excellent for a heavy sweater
Bought for ultra running, great fit, went 1size larger to fit over hydration vest, rain beaded off during a 4 hour rain in my 100k, without me getting drenched in sweat. Also performed well under hydration vest. Very impressed!

Best rain jacket I have ever purchased. I haven't had much chance to go out in heavy rain, but it fits very well (Men's L), it's breathable, it packs well, and it's great against the wind. I use mine mostly for travelling and hiking, but it is great on runs as well and the hood is great. Really happy with this purchase.
