Perfect starter set

So far I’m loving this bundle and the workouts. They are challenging but not stressful on my body, and they are not too long. The Pball is a little cumbersome until you get used to it, and I had some trouble figuring out what to do with my thumbs using the Pband at first. Overall, I’m pleased with it, and I have asked for the P3 trainer for Christmas!

Over 70 and working it

I'm over 70 and not active enough so I was intrigued and wanted to give evolve a try. I've found it hard, even the beginner videos, but invigorating and effective. I'm sticking with it and doing the best I can which is not always good, but I'm improving.
