Ode Brew Grinder Gen 2

A complicated machine. Backs up easily forcing disassembly each time to clear. Re-assembly must be very precise or backs up again. Too many screws which will weaken over time if disassembly is frequent. More screws to re-calibrate. Perhaps the burr system is worth the trouble if you can really tell the difference in taste due to grind level but this machine was overly sophisticated for me. The Opus 2 would have been a better choice.

What a fantastic product! The grind is clean and consistent. It is quiet. It is well built. It is a very thought through grinder and a pleasure to use.

Wonderful flat-burr grinder. It's quick. It's quiet. It's tidy. It's compact. I maje drip coffee and the grind is very uniform. I paid the premium for the better burrs, but I may have bought the best and last grinder I'll ever need.
