On the fence
I love the look of the boot. Its super stylish and very classy meanwhile still casual. However, the fit is still something I am getting use to. The boot runs small and narrow. I am usually a size 8 comfortably with room for thick socks. However, I went up to size 9 and it still wears narrow. Also the sole is very stiff, therefore, I can only wear for 3-4 hrs and then my foot would start to hurt.
I am writing this bc I want you guys to do well. Customer Service was great, but the comfort level can increase a bit.
