My kindergarten students are LOVING this drum. I appreciate the high quality and sound because I can walk away and work with other students while the musicians can be joyfully independent.

Unfortunately, this product didn’t quite live up to the sounds I heard in the ads. To me, some of the notes sound noticeably out of tune, which was disappointing.
That said, the customer service was absolutely amazing! From ordering and delivery to the replacement process, everything was handled so smoothly. Sarah was especially wonderful and so helpful throughout the whole process. ❤️
However, despite the great customer service, I don’t feel the product itself is worth the price. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t what I was hoping for. :(

Great fun, relaxing, and easy to make beautiful music. I had an issue when it arrived and customer service went above and beyond to resolve the issue. This is a company that stands behind its product.
