The website claimed my order would arrive within 5-8 days. After 8 days thT order hadn’t even been prepared or shipped, meanwhile I was in the middle of a cross-country move so by the time it was to arrive I would already have left the address it shoukd have been shipped to. Repeated efforts to contact the support team were unanswered. Ultimately I had to contact UPs and pay an additional $40 just to change the delivery address. Highly disappointed with the lack of support and customer service

I’ve been a longtime fan of Bonbuz and the team behind the product—it was the perfect addition to my evening routine and it’s hard to imagine ending my day without it!
Thank you, Hannah, for always helping me out with my orders…I really appreciate how you go above and beyond!! :)
