Ordered this for my granddaughter. When it arrived the package was all torn up and not able to be given as a gift. Through no fault of the moonlite company. It came with an explanation from the The Postal Service, apologizing for damaging the package. I reached out to the customer service and they promptly sent me a brand new one free of charge and apologized. It was top-notch customer service. I will definitely order again from the moonlite stories.
