VelocityOne™ Flightdeck

If I could give it zero stars, I would!!!

This product comes in a decently nice box and that’s about the only positive thing going for it. Out of the gate, there is issues with the throttle module. It connected to the app for a total of 30 minutes and then it is no longer recognized. And speaking of the app, there’s not much functionality for it. When you generate a Support ticket, it takes days for them to respond. And on top of that when you give them information in the Support ticket, for example explaining to them exactly what the problem is, how you have it set up, what peripheral ports it’s plugged into, like directly into the computer. They reply with a question asking, “is it plugged directly into the computer?” Like they didn’t even read your remarks in the ticket. Then they want a picture of it not working. I guess I can show how it doesn’t populate in the app, but that’s about all. Going on several days for a reply now. I feel like they’ve ghosted me. It’s been three weeks and I still haven’t been able to use it because of their meandering. It’s almost like they are trying to run out the clock for any returns. I guess I’ll rely on my credit card company and just request a charge back. Bottom line, I would stay away from this product and treat it like the plague!!!!!!!!

Awesome. It's one of the best I've ever seen.

Wow just wow!

High quality smooth operation and sturdy feel. If I have one complaint it’s the scarcity of pre built profiles. Now, I’m perfectly able to build but there are times I appreciate a starting point. Now on to the highlights- this is a very stable feeling joystick and the split operation throttle is a must have! I have used Saitek, Logitech, VKB and the like, I truly enjoy the feel and operation of the Turtle Beach Flight Deck.
