Rabbit Snail - Orange

Unfortunately, something went wrong with my beautiful rabbit snails. They arrived in perfect health, active and investigating my tank within just 15 minutes—so adorable! Sadly, by the next morning, both had passed away, leaving me heartbroken. They were shipped perfectly and arrived extremely lively, so I’m unsure what I did wrong. They’re the only fish or snail I've lost in a very long time, aside from old age. Despite this tragedy, my enthusiasm remains unchanged—I’ll definitely be purchasing from Tucky’s again. I just need to do more research to ensure my environment is ideal for them the next time.
