Refurbished Loftie Clock

Better Than Expected

Wasn't sure I needed an alarm clock with so many features but it's quickly become an essential part of my nighttime routine. Nothing to remember, no jarring transition, just warm light, soothing sounds, and a gentle reminder to wind down. After a good night of rest it eases you into waking and is a nice way to get the day started. Would absolutely recommend.

Exactly what I needed

I wanted a simple alarm clock with nice sounds, and read the product description as saying that the app is optional and you can use the alarm without it. I did not read closely enough and it turns out you have to download the app to set up the alarm clock, and the clock needs to be connected to your wifi network 24/7 to function. There is of course no real functional reason that this is a requirement, they could have easily built the same alarm clock with no wifi or app connection. But tracking your phone and wifi data forever is more profitable than simply selling a high quality product, so that’s what you get. I also have no option of returning it unfortunately. My mistake in purchasing.
