not cheap, but never disappointing, ive never had a bad coffee, theres occasionally been coffees I wouldn't have purchased, or that were not to my particular taste/expectation (I have my preferences set to the equivalent of "I'll have anything" so its not the curation) but theyre still objectively excellent beans. REAL HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA CHAT!! I have made additions to orders, made a few requests and asked some questions and reached a real human straight away every time.
