Excellent quality and beautiful design I’m really impressed with the Oui Chef spoons. The quality is excellent, they feel very well balanced in the hand, and the curved handle makes them extremely comfortable to use. They are perfect for making rochers and quenelles, but also very useful for plating and finishing dishes. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are outstanding, and they feel like proper professional tools made for chefs. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Oui Chef to any chef looking for high-quality plating tools. 10/10!
