I purchased the item a month early for an event coming up. First time they sent my package via USPS without my apartment number and the item got sent back. When I complained they sent the item again reassuring me they got the address right, and they sent it via UPS. They AGAIN missed out my apartment number and thankfully UPS allows me to update the address after the failed delivery, and I finally received my item half a month later. If you have a 2nd line in your address better put it all in the first line, otherwise they will mess up your delivery.

I’m really happy with these shoes! They fit perfectly and are very comfortable right out of the box. Great quality and stylish too—definitely would recommend.
