Weasy Smart Potty

too tall, pans is useless it moves around under tall waffled plastic stand, dogs dont like waffled texture on the surface so wont even get on top of it, its been up they peed/pooped around it since its was trying to get them to use so wasn't letting them out like normal. its a terrible design. my pups are well trained to ring bell to go out or if I am gone for a few hours use a potty pad. They use the porch potty on my covered porch on rainy and snowy days.

Not what I expected and I’m trying to return the item to the merchant but I have no return address and I have emailed twice and the phone number I managed to get the mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message and no one answers the phone what a waste of my time and money knowing what I know now I would not buy or recommend this product to my family or friends or anyone else.!!!

The box was opened with the open side down like the delivery driver was trying to hide that it was opened so when i picked up the box everything was falling out hopefully all the parts are with this package
