Capsules better than powder

We have tried the powder packets and the capsules and like the capsules better. No mess and easier to use. Our hardest part is remembering to take it because it has to stay in the refrigerator and can’t be put in my hubby’s pill box. He has not had any side effects from it, so that is good!
