Rug is nice, returns are not

I purchased this rug for a client and I paid the $12. 99 'return protection' which in hindsight seems like a waste of money because you still don't get all your money back. Additionally, it takes about a month to get your money back. I find this outrageous in this day and age to have to wait 20 days from the time the rug is received, for it to be inspected and my money returned. I do have other rugs from Revival that are great, but I would not order one from here for a client unless is was a guarantee to work. The return process is absurd.

This rug is so soft! The checkered pattern is very well done and not cheap looking at all.
