I like the journal, it's fine. But, the service was horrible. I paid for expedited shipping and got ground. I sent an email and got nothing, then went through the website contact form and they got to me the same day and then ignored me for days. And after that I had to resend information I had already sent the first time! And then they refunded me a portion of the shipping. I paid more for the shipping than I paid for the journal AND I had to wait for them to find time for me AND send information twice AND keep emailing them. I won't be ordering from them again. I would rather give my money to someone who cares about their customers.
