Only a tiny amount of Kenyan tea meets our rolled whole leaves standard. East of the Rift Valley is where you find it. Cooler conditions and higher elevations are ideal for the rich, honeysuckle notes to develop. It takes milk really well too. So give it a glug if that's your preference.

Something a bit different
I'm wedded to my English Breakfast, but have been trying out some of the single leaf teas. It's not going to knock EB off the top spot, but it's an enjoyable cup. Turns out I'm a bit of a wimp and although I usually brew for 5 minutes, I have to tone this down as I'm not keen on the kick you get from longer.

A Nice Cuppa
I had to use a little more leaves to get a decent strength and colour but the Kenyan has elements that I am searching for in a tea. Perhaps my taste buds are more suited to a blend rather than a single origin. However, I continue my search but this will always be in my caddy and will be added to something I blend, it's a very decent cup indeed.

Makes My Day!
For me, nothing hits the spot like a cup of this Kenyan tea. Having tried many quality teas in the past, none come close to it. It is absolutely outstanding and genuinely makes my day!
