Great product
Love my Obi! My only complaint/concern is that the release button is REALLY hard to push down. Not sure if mine came in bent, but it’s angled in a way that I have to use a lot of force to unclip it which can be hard if I’m in an endo flare and feeling weak. But otherwise I love it!

This is a really great product when I have flare ups, which unfortunately is quite often anymore. The heat and vibration setting is great and really temporarily relieves my pain. Took off one star only because I wish it would stay hot for longer
:( I’d give it 5 stars otherwise !
